This November, we had the chance to be a part of Innovate Toronto, a start-up based event created by entrepreneurs from around the world.
In this event, which had three presenters, the goal was for entrepreneurs, start-up owners and professionals to meet, chat and connect with each other. And let's face it: networking is where like minded people connect and end up creating the coolest things!
The event had three main presenters, who have a long history of being successful entrepreneurs and start-up pioneers. Innovate Toronto - and other events with the same name for other cities - is formed with the help of an Iranian tech community, and aims to bring tech people together for sharing experiences. The event had Kooshiar Azimian from 310.ai and Martin Basiri, who is the founder of ApplyBoard.
Vision Raft was also a part of this tech oriented event. In this event, we got the chance to talk with some like minded people, and some of them were actually into VR. We explained the idea, our process and the future of our platform, and they believed we're working on something cool. We do hope they're right! ☺️
Being a part of this event was an amazing experience for Vision Raft. We learned a lot from some of the brightest minds of an amazing community, had some technical discussions with a fellow VR developer and a lot more. We're happy to be a part of the start-up community here in Toronto, and cannot wait to be a part of more events and more amazing people!
